The Parks Department is responsible for the maintenance of all the City’s parks as well as many trees that have been planted around the City. They are also responsible for the upkeep of the City cemeteries.

Johnson Park

Johnson Park is located at East 10th Street. Amenities include covered pavilion, basketball court, picnic area, and playground equipment. 
 

Haley's Place

Haley’s Place Park is located on Liberty Road behind the Atoka Community Center. This park features playground equipment for younger children. Legendary country singer Reba McEntire is responsible for the donation of the park. 
 

45th Infantry Division Memorial Park

Located within Atoka City limits is the 45th Infantry Park located on Greathouse Drive. Amenities included at this park are a covered pavilion, tennis courts, walking track, picnic area, and playground equipment. 
 

Posey Howard Family Community Park

Posey Howard Family Community Park is located at the corner of Kentucky and B Street. Amenities include picnic areas, a pavilion, and storm shelter.

Atoka Splash Pad

The Splash Pad is located at The Sports Complex at 2077 W. Liberty Road. It offers free admission from 9am to dusk during summer months!
