NOTICE TO BIDDERS 

Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Atoka at Atoka City Hall, 353 East A Street, Atoka OK 74525. until 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. Bids will be opened at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June I. 2023 at the Atoka City Hall located at 353 East A Street, Atoka, Ok 74525 and then publicly read aloud. The lowest and best bid will be presented to the city council at their next scheduled meeting on Monday, June 5, 2023 for final approval and authorization. 

This will be for the furnishing of the following items: 

STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 

Specification packets can be obtained at 

Atoka City Hall, 353 East A Street, Atoka, OK. 74525 during regular working hours. 

Envelopes containing bids must be clearly marked on the outside to identify the item 

being bid and the date of the bid opening. 

City of Atoka expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. All bids will be considered irrevocable offers under 

conditions specified in the bid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from and after 

the date herein of the opening of bids.
